Arnez Exquisite Catering, owned and operated by Michael Drummond, is an affordable, full service, off-site catering company located in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Drummond’s 25 years of culinary experience includes working with Fritz Blanc, owner and chef of 5-star Deux Cheminées, Striped Bass, Hotel Atop the Bellevue, Zanzibar Blue, Bryn Mawr College, The Deep Blue and a host of other fine dining establishments.

After acquiring many years of food industry experience and knowledge, Chef Drummond decided to establish himself as a full service catering business. Arnez Exquisite Catering includes a range of social gatherings and corporate events from formal to casual.
